YUM, EGGPLANT, GOAT CHEESE? CAPERS-EWWW WTF?

EGGPLANT CANELLONI
Ingredients:
2 eggplants, medium size
4 shallots, large size
4 garlic cloves
4 Greek olives
700 grams roasted red peppers, canned
½ cup orange juice, fresh
120 grams goat cheese
1 teaspoon chopped capers
3 tablespoons olive oil
fresh parsley
salt

I love Love Eggplant. I pinned this onto I so want to eat this today. It looked really good but then I read the recipe. Did you read the recipe?  Goat cheese?? Seriously c'mon capers? WTF. Have you ever eaten a caper? Yuck-I tend to not make recipes that have bizarre ingredients-I just sit and laugh. The rest looks good-what's the matter with Mozarella? Especially some fresh Mozarella. And Greek Olives, yesh have you ever smelled those things? They smell like old sneakers soaked in vinegar.
